The view is different
don’t think I’ve ever sat quite here
it’s warm, I can still write
all I needs a cute teapot
to sit beside me
and talk sometimes

Thanks, Sven...that's all I wanted to say!

er...that was supposed to be a sheep. But sheep are shy you know...not very photogenic, especially when they have daggs...and no nice trees to hide behind...

so, I couldn't entice her out...you'll all have to cope with the X..

there is something I would like to say, don't know if this is the right place, but well you asked for it....today I don't know why, but I was thinking on Wilfred Yeats, and I search for and read some of his poems. And something crossed my mind when I read your question, wondering if I could say it here....that I wish for a memorial page, just because he was one of us.

hope you don't mind I say it here...

Charisma,
That sounds like an excellent idea.

Sven..
Hmmm..butter...well..not much..I don't like soggy popcorn, but I could compromise! And yes..light salt..but make it Popcorn Salt.

And TEA, my friend always goes wonderfully with popcorn. SWEET tea, that is.

You think its been a while since they've seen sheep? I haven't seen sheep in a very long time...and then..only a few. Umm..
WHY am I talking about this? ROTFL!

Charisma, it is strange that you  bring Wilfred up today. I was on my old forum site and there was a poem and some information left there by a mutual friend of Bill's..saying  she didn't know he had passed away and had called his home the other night and spoke to his wife. I left her the links to the  announcements and the poems of his and the comments of others...for her to read, today.

yes PDV it seems like only yesterday.
and Maureen I didn't know why I was thinking about Wilfred, or feeling the urge to read some of his poetry once again, maybe because he was one of the wonderful poets here.....but whatever it was, I still wish that we could have a memorial page, I do remember that a lot poets wrote wonderful tributes for Wilfred.....and we can find for them in the archives (glad we have the possibillity to do that).....but still that is not the same ....but well that's my humble opinion.
