The absinthe spoon shatters on cold stone flags; the myriad colors from vibrant bleed and run as the light of surreality mundanely dims. Naught can the embittered pen do save weep silently against papery shoulder, leaving tears of India ink. Alicat |

It was well worth the wait to read you in the blue. I've been wondering if you were a ghost? a figment of our imaginations, as I rarely see a post from you. But this is outstandingly creative. Thanks! |

This is interesting... the imagery is evocative and poignant... but without actually saying anything along its own lines. Everything here seems to lie between. It's like haiku with a life of its own. Gave me some very nice thoughts... thank you for sharing it, Alicat. Parasite Faith is a fine invention |

weep silently against papery shoulder, ------------------------ what a very cool personification ... I love references to poetry/writing within a poems expression. Impressive use of vocabulary, imagery and symbolism to create this surreal, succinct write. Well done poet sir..nice to be able to read you. You're the color of the sky reflected in each store-front window pane ... |
