open again yes, open again and remember that going back to the beginning isn't always an end and that home isn't always a destination as much as it is a state of mind seek the quiet yes, seek the quiet and know that standing in the crowd isn't always a bad thing and that life isn't always silent as much as it is peaceful --------------------------------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

I needed to read this, Sven... I've found the quiet recently. It's difficult for me to appreciate it as being that, peacefulness, as you say... and I needed a little reminder of it. I think I'll go for a walk sometime later today... I could use that. Maybe go read in a park or something. I admire your optimism, as always... Very nicely written, Sven. You expressed this well. I am glad to read this kind of poem from you my friend. I remember a time when all was turbulent, not only for you but for me as well. It is funny how life has it's cycles and how we come to accept and find peace, even after a very rocky road. Marilyn. |

that going back to the beginning isn't always an end and that home isn't always a destination as much as it is a state of mind like these lines Sven... sometimes hard to remember these things but always worth trying to. |

going back to the beginning isn't always an end and that home isn't always a destination as much as it is a state of mind wow, a philosophical write from you, Sir Sven..i sure enjoyed putting my little grey cells to work, trying to derive interpretations from your lines and that home isn't always a destination as much as it is a state of mind this is going to my library on the strength of these two profound beautiful lines |
