I feel threads between the spaces
you can’t see them but they’re there.
They join together places
of your life that need repair.

They hold the beads together
when they're falling, falling free.
and string the rainy weather
in a peace and harmony.

Now, I could call them prisms
for their sheen reflects a smile;
and we're touched with newer visions
when they tarry for awhile.

Pray for showers in your wilderness
exhilarating streams;
They will bring a sense of wholeness
to our separated dreams.

When you feel these threads or prisms, should you call them by that name,
just stand and know that they will warm you in the falling rain.

"I walked beside the evening sea and dreamed a dream that could not be." George William Curtis

Kathleen~

Just beautiful! I loved this and will be back when I think of a 'real' reply, but just know that I think this is great.

Elizabeth, there is nothing wrong with your reply, It feels good to have the feedback, it's dry here in my heart! Thank you.
