Sisters of a gentle time Rose and Daisy Kincaid Sitting by the old bay window Watch the flowers wilt and fade They both loved the same man A soldier gone off to fight Both spend their lonely days Waiting for dreams of the night Neither knows the other Had the same lover in her heart Both lived in hopeful gardens Of a love doomed to depart Old and wrinkled now they sit Smiling at memories of old Their rockers keeping time to A song of silver and gold |

Excellent writing again, Sharon. You have this richness about your words. She said burn ... together. |

(smiles) YES!!! Oh Sharon, usually in triangles like this it can always be so messy and violent and the arguments would never settle, but despite the conflict I just love how these true sisters handled out their affections! (sigh) This is compassionately beautiful, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sharon, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |
