To Never Fade... I watch the flowers wilt and fade as my heart has lost its beat for life. Ever since the day I met you, the real you, I have prayed for reign (rain) yours to come and myst my desires with the taste of you. I never meant those words of gone, of leaving you in my past, but the want, the dreams, the taste of what I need today are so overwhelming that every time I see you I feel that kiss across the eyes, wishing them to be of forever never to leave me...to never fade. Oh how I watch the flowers grow and hope that before they wilt... you will come and awake me in this lonely room and together we can walk amongst them and see them reach to us in envy of... a love to never fade. I love the fragile burn of this .... beautiful longing and resignation, almost triumphantly melancholy, if that makes sense. I really, really liked this! She said burn ... together. |
