Garden Of Sorrows Over-run by problems had under clouds shading the light like storms of you, true but sad raising perpetual night Of all of the tomorrows forever we sow and reap in my garden of sorrows I will always soul and weep And in lonely time of droughts where raining tears drown the seeds very little hope that sprouts but plentiful grow the weeds Escaping between such woes to harvest all my sorrows |

Very nicely done. Gotta keep pulling those weeds, eventually the roses will bloom. There is society where none intrudes, by the deep sea, and music in its roar. |

I know that within your garden some of the rarest blossoms bloom with brilliance. Weed out those sorrows, my friend. **hugs** Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. |

Craig, good to see a poem from you again. I know the feeling of more weeds than hopes growing in my garden. Sandra |

A painful piece indeed Craig. I think it must be time to do some weeding, and look forward to new flowers in the springtime. It is a new year, with new chances. I wish you much happiness for this year Craig If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please? |

Sometimes those weeds are the best, the natural, native plants that even though stepped on and often overlooked, ususally survive both droughts and floods. Hang in there, Craig. Your gentle flower may yet bloom when least expected. |

Have you ever felt that pulling just one weed gives life to two more? For some weeds are the garden and the flowers become the stranglers ... I know of love that tries to bloom but past sorrows seem to keep it from taking full form, this is but a thought to those who share a "blue" thumb with me. Thank you all for your sincerity and comments .... a weeding we will go!! |
