The Storymaker, 1 I flew into a poet’s fare The poet saw me waiting there With quill he flicked me far away I still await his pen this day He bides his time in lack of write Though I wait alone through the night He plucks at words most cunningly For soon he shall be stunning thee I know ‘tis so for I heard the wind It called and said he would soon begin To wind a weave most would never see Except those who love Passions in Poetry I know this to be as true as you A mist shall come to pages blue And it shall glide you, we know not where If you but follow this poet’s fare |

Poetry does weave enchantment at times, doesn't it with mystic memories and metaphors and rivers of hearts to explore. It's nice to 'meet' you Soleil. Karen |
