it was our first time when you were there at the thrift shop looking for things for your fingers to play with like rings and thimbles you saw me with my jutting frets and erect demeanor and there was something about the dark of my hollow that made you point and say him too you polished me after with your hair and blew across me with your perfume your fingers were cool to my buttons when you unstrung me and undid my done beside your bed you pressed my neck to your chest and my frets to the sooth of your breast space your legs fit my indents as you wrapped them around me just before you reached down to your center you said I made you want something for your fingers... ©Dark |

Dark Stranger, its a cello right? Very well written, sensual and smooth like soft music. Write on Kethry Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |

A beautiful symphony of love and desire. It practically waltzes down the page with it’s rhythm of passion. If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please? |

Ms Kethry it could be a cello, had invisioned a fine classic gibson guitar, but when the strings are off, perhaps it doesn't matter..thank you so much Ms Santos, yes a guitar and a woman that strums with her soul, thank you for reading and responding Tracey, you bless me with your review and comments, thank you much |

DS I can see her dark lashes curve against her cheek as she slowly closes her eyes and sitting thus she moves back and forth her pearls rolling across her silken bodice drenched by the lacey light and a shadowed guitar. Her mouth is a soft bow with lips slightly parted, her breathing fills another room where memory is singing and when her green eyes open they are filled with longing. ___ Your poem took me to the memory of a poem I wrote some time ago...hope you don't mind me placing part of it here. I love the curve of the instrament..it is sensual..as is your poem. |

Dark Stranger you are right it is a guitar. I was beguiled by these lines "your legs fit my indents as you wrapped them around me" Excellent write still. Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |

Quite the image maker you are. Was wondering why you came up with the thrift shop of all places~ Stands to reason, some of the best deals are second hands. [This message has been edited by BluesSerenade (01-28-2002 06:15 PM).] |

Very sensual writing, and a beautiful metaphor of desire and passion. I have read several of your poems now, and find myself reading again. Your poetry is art. And I'm still learning to read! ~ Karen ~ |
