A Year Has Passed Twelve months ago (just seems like yesterday) I packed my things (everything I owned) Gently you held my hand (you also held my heart) and brought me to my new home (our home) I remember the whispers (she has lost her mind) They just didn’t understand (but you did) My life will change (for the better) My spirit will soar (in the heavens with you) I never did believed (but I do now) That there could be such bliss (standing by your side) No longer I need to dream (pinch me--ow) of what true love is (touching your face gently) I let my words flow freely (as does my love for you) Telling all the doubters (someday they will accept this) that love has no boundaries (or borders in our case) it is as endless as time (always, forever and then some) when you read this (a smile upon your face) my soul will flutter (for our hearts beat as one) knowing the choice we made (perfection at its best) was a union meant to be (I Love You) -------------- |

Congratulations, Kathy...Today is also the first anniversary for my husband and myself. We were married on Oct. 23, but it was exactly a year ago today, that we moved in together.
