some people fly on broken wings
others sail on a tattered sheet
but as for me in this world
I walk on broken feet
it's not a good thing
and it really isn't bad
there are times when I can't tell
and times I wish I'd never had
but the world doesn't begin or end with my feet
it doesn't involve me at all
the world goes on in a smooth steady motion
winter to spring to summer to fall
and my feet will always be the way they are
no talking will change that fact
such a simple little thing to have
a tiny drama on my stage to act
some time broken wings can fly
and tattered sheets can still set sail
but my feet will always be broken
and nothing like that will make me fail

That is right....nothing will ever make you fail.....this is an excellent poem that is great reading with a wonderful message we can all use. **big hugs**
