"God Bless Americas' Finest"(A Tribute To Our Soldiers) **************************** Oh say can you see our soldiers in flight, Crossing our seas', ready to fight..... Fighting for our freedom from terrorist and such, Providing peace for our homeland and ones that we love..... Soldiers marching bravely, upon foreign soil, Not knowing the fate of their futere, Just fighting for their world..... Some our just sons and daughters, While some have families of their own, Still they march on to fight for our freedom, While thinking of their loved ones at home..... America stands United and prays for their safe return, Cheering them on as the hero's they are, A compliment and honor they have all earned..... Bin Ladin may be hiding ,but for sure he'd better watch out, For he's running from Americas' finest , and his time is running out..... These men and women did not go there for luncheons in his cave, They went to show him who was boss and he can't mess with America, The home of the brave..... God Bless each of them for the great job they are doing, And the bravery they have shown..... May God be by each of their sides, And assure them a safe return home..... © Sharon E. This is such a great tribute to those risking thir lives in foreign countries fighting terrorism. I am so proud of my brothers and siters of the military fighting, so hard for the freedom to live. Randy Meador a life lived unexplored is a life not worth living. |
