The bluebird of happiness
Picked me out of the crowd
And dumped on my head.

I'll see you guys later,
I'm gonna limp home,
And crawl into bed.

Nan, how lucky can you be. I had that happen once. Was in a berry patch. Wheeee! Was I splattered. Can't help but laugh about it, though. Maybe the U.S. Air Force should sign these guys up. Whatcha think.

Dear sp,
I finally discovered what it takes to win your heart!

Dear Lyra,
OK, you're right, all through the week sometimes.

Dear newell,
Wow! divebombed?

Dear floria,
Thanks-I enjoyed writing it. I needed the laugh.

Dear Juanita,
What a cute somersaulting bluebird! Thanks!

Dear Interloper,
I'll have to remember the hat tomorrow. Then I'll get on with life. I promise.

Dear Marsha,
Lucky? I've heard of weird good-luck charms, but that would be about the weirdest. Ha!
