All Decked Out In Grandma

~*Marge Tindal*~

You came and touched a place inside of me
as soft and pliable as a mother's heart
Yet, more so .. if that's possible
and it must be ... for I feel all the love
of those young birthing years embrace me again~

Just as your father did before you,
you clasped my finger and grasped my heart
with rapturous joy beyond compare
Now I'm all decked out in 'Grandma'
such a designer label to wear~

God fashioned you with the quiet beauty of your mother
and the caring love of your father
Within the grace of your own unique little self
He has granted us the pleasure of knowing
the delight of your Delaney smile~

Sharing the sheer joy
of loving Miss Delaney Makay Tindal

Marge, one of the greatest titles to wear. No one can understand the depth of love a grandmother can feel until it's their turn. Have a ball and enjoy each moment. Cheryl

Congratulations Marge, on your new grandchild, and on a superb poem.  Grandma is the latest fashion and it is also my favorite designer label.

Marge, how wonderful it is to be a grandma. I am a great grandpa, and I know the wonderful joy I feel. And I believe that it is even more wonderful to be a grandma as God has blessed woman with so much more natural abiltiy to feel love and the joy of nurturing, than us men. And rightly so. God bless you, Grandma. Enjoy your touch of Paradise. And thanks for sharing this joy with us.

Oh Marge let me tell you these are the only "designer labels" that never go out of style, you are going to love wearing them and proudly too!  Congratulations, and what an absolutely beautiful name they chose for the baby.  Have fun, and as a grandmother of two I know you will.  Now go out there and get yourself a "Gramma's Brag Book"~
