Don’t Think Like Me By Larry Chadwick It seems natural to want my own way, And insist that people think like me. So I use the powers of my persuasion, Convinced that when I’m done they’ll agree. Yet not beyond trying manipulation, If my efforts don’t achieve success. But as events continue to develop, There are some things I must confess. If I were to accomplish what I wanted, And all of you would agree with me It has become so very obvious, What a boring world this would be. So now I’d like to make my case, About the way things ought to be.
