Renewal

Dark mystical sky overhead,
Heavy clouds drifting as rain they shed.
Fog rolling in like drapes on a stage
Chill felt within, must turn the page.

Bright light breaking into a new day.
Sky is awakening to show us the way.
Stars are all sleeping tucked into the sky.
Moon in safekeeping till nighttime comes by.

Tree leaves all singing as they dance.
Clouds are clinging to blue sky enhanced.
Sun rising high to brighten the day.
Rain drops take bows as they vapor away.

With the renewal of each lovely day,
Grasp each new jewel of this earths buffet.
Welcome the sun, the birth of each morn.
For when one drifts on, another is born.
