I let you into my heart,I held it.
True warmth, feelings flowed through.
I let you into my life, treasured it.
Can you tell me I am,that I'll do?

I watched the sun set around your face.
Silhouette of beauty ingrained in me.
I saw that smile, the beauty and grace.
I felt it too, felt it come so tenderly.

I give you my life, you have it daily.
I give you my comfort, the warm fire.
I take from you only...love ever freely.
I return to you love, passion and desire.

I love you,saying I did not is a lie.
I love you,eternally I whisper to you.
I cannot stop,stop loving,for I cry.
Simply dear,I say, I echo words so true.

Place me in your heart, your soul, chest.
Lock my memory tightly away, let stay.
Leave me only at time we both must rest.
For dearest,I want it simply this way.

Magnus,
is there a little thread of sadness running through this? It seems so from the pensive write.
Anyway good stuff.

She's one lucky lady to have a husband pen something this beautiful for her....and, you in turn are one lucky man to have her as your wife, Barry.
This is indeed a wonderful Valentine for your wife!
