(FYI, this is the link to my first "Rabbit" poem.)

The Rabbit and Me

When I climbed out of that rabbit hole,
blinked in the light and looked around,
I saw that rabbit staring at me again
this time offering the truth, above ground.
He motioned to me to sit under a tree
where I suddenly felt a great rush of energy.
I let it flow peacefully, freely over me,
and opened my heart fully, in synergy.
From leaf to me and back again
from the birds in the trees,
from the wind, sun, moon and seas,
I opened up all the pores of me,
absorbing and releasing streams of energy.
As time stood still yet quietly
crept past all my sensibilities,
I floated above on the wings of a dove
and felt infused with the purest love.
An energy of all that ever was
and is and will ever be.
This essence of love I share with thee,
Love is the purest form of energy,
the basic elements of You, Me, We.
