Turned on the radio And heard the song It reached for me and told me how I felt Now that you were gone How in my heart I held the words to say To make you stay But not a word did I utter It doesn't matter now What's done is done One can only learn from their mistakes I don't wish for what could've been I've let the tears flow Then let it all go And moved on to other things I'd like to tell myself that the end justifies the means But the end hasn't come yet And I have no way of knowing if the risk I took will pay off So all I can do is have faith And go on Now that you are gone "The only love there is, is the love we make."--Prince |

I've let the tears flow Then let it all go And moved on to other things I'd like to tell myself that the end justifies the means But the end hasn't come yet The end can be a long time coming, There are days when I don't want to put on a happy face, but the other option would drive me half mad.....So I turn up the music and sing along.  *shrugging* Oh, this was very good! |
