Forever within my soul, mind, and heart You have become my most precious treasure More beloved to me than all others Spirits entwined, journeys discovered We have been linked beyond any measure Though, you've been born you shall never depart Created within my womb, a fine art We are bound by ties never to sever The long living flame cannot be smothered between this sweet baby and his mother Feelings so pure will endure forever... The bond we form with our children is both delicate and strong, there are some ties that can't ever be broken. Like I've told my son, I will always forgive you because I love you...but why oh why must they turn into teenagers? I suppose this is where our strength comes into play. I enjoyed the innocent beauty in your words. |
