Oh Baby! By Larry Chadwick It’s what I’ve always called you, From the first time that we met. It represents the infancy, Of our very beginning and yet… It’s always meant much more, In that tender heart of mine. It represents the beginning of love, Within my soul so unrefined. It helps me to recall our start, That put me on a path so new. The rebirth of who I am, Demonstrating what love can do. Oh baby don’t let me ever forget, The love that burned at the start. A name that humbles me at its sound, And touches me inside, every part. February 6, 2002 |

I can’t understand why I keep having to rescue absolute jewels of yours from the deeps of the list. What is it do you think that people don’t seek out the beauty?
