At 11 I felt
What It Really Feels
To Be Ripped Apart
My Older Brother
Gone
I Cried Constantly
Not Wanting To Remember
'Cause Remembering Hurt

Im Now 13
And I Struggle More
Mostly With God
Pent Up Anger
Frustration
I Grew Up Fast..Although
I Wasnt The Only One Greiving
I Felt All
Alone

I Come To Realize...I Cant Run From Problems
And Whoever Said "Time Heals All Wounds"
Ovibously Never Had A Wound So Deep

You did write this well.. and I can understand both the pain and the anger..

sometimes there is no understanding the why.. only accepting that sometimes bad things happen to good people for no logical reason that we can see.

Try to release the pain and the anger and only remember the love.

Dear Tiffany, I for one do not believe that time heals all wounds. I have a deep wound from losing a son, and time does not heal it. God heals it, courage and strength heal it, and friends help to heal it. this is very sad, and you are young. I will pray for you, keep writing dear, as writing has helped me tremendously.   floria

Tiffany, my dear.....time doesn't heal wounds as deep as yours, but it puts more experience into your life so that the wound isn't quite as raw.
I am so terribly sorry about your brother...that is very sad.  I have lost a son, and so I although I don't know exactly how you feel, I do know that writing poetry helps enormously.  Please keep writing.  You are a very good writer...and I have found writing poetry to be very therapeutic.

A loss is such a painful experience. I am sorry you have to go through this, especially at such a young age. It's okay to get angry and yell at God. He can take it and will never leave you alone. The more you can write about your feelings, the better for you. If there's anything any of us can do to help, please, just ask. Hugs, Marti

you are thirteen?  Oh, hon, but you are doing something I never was allowed to do at that age...you can write and it is read and heard and in that, well, what Floria, said,
God does heal and he is the only one who can.  And you have my deepest
condolences always.

Tiffany~
The pain of your loss is felt deeply through your words~

With the loss of each loved one in my life, I have found that sharing the sorrow of my tears with others has helped me cope.

I think you are right ... 'time' doesn't heal wounds ... but God understands that and gives us our tears of remembrance.
When people are loved IN our lives ...
their loss is felt forever~

*HUGS* to you~
