Bunny Flu Flu's Valentine

Little Bunny Flu Flu was really in a tizzy
'cause picking out her valentines had made her almost dizzy
And now she had to send them out ~ she really must get busy

Oh here's the perfect one for my friend Sammy squirrel
It can't be too frilly just because it's from a girl
Nope, this doggie lifeguard is perfect for him
'cause just last summer I taught him how to swim

Now what for Oscar owl? He's always very wise
How 'bout a silly one, that pops up ~ Surprise!
And here's a silver space ship for Randy raccoon
He's says he's an astronaut and he's going to the moon

Oh, and Petey possum's ~ but it can't be real mushy
cause everybunny knows a girl ~ can't be too pushy
So Petey can have this one with the shiney red guitar
'cause Petey's says he's gonna be a possum rock star

Well, that about does it, as she started to close the box
Then she remembered a valentine she almost forgot
It was so lovely ~ a red heart trimmed with lace
She could picture the smile on her valentine's face.

She signed it "I love you" and sealed it with care
'cause her most favorite valentine was her own Papa Hare
He gave the best hugs and gentle boo-boo kisses
and pennies for the fountain where she made her special wishes

He was the best daddy a bunny could ever find
So she took the card to Papa Hare and said,
"Will you be my valentine?"

Cause hugs and boo-boo kisses
are a treasure that's quite rare.
