Confusion and pain in equal parts Darkly appealing, chaotic thoughts No answers come to mind How long must this last Can it be wrong to seek an end Or must one linger on Caught in this living hell What karmic wrongs must be repaid To make this torture last so long Hope lives eternal they sometimes say But even hope can die away In the greyness of that day When finally nothing's left to say Be still Pepper "A poem is the very image of life expressed in its eternal truth."
