I dont believe in magic
its an illusion performed so well
So kindly can you explain this
for I don't believe in spells

When ever I am around you
my heart just skips a beat
the words you speak so gently
take control of me

Your scent enhaled each time I breath
sends chills down my spine
before we even know it
the days turned into night

So is this an illusion
that is just inside my head
or is there another explanation
one I wont regret.

Fiona, there really must be some magnetic pull going on, if not magic. Or are the stars all lining up a certain way for you? I sometimes say I don't believe in magic or destiny, but then my mind starts playing little games and I'm back to hoping magical dreams come true, and I can control the direction of my destiny....on some levels, anyway. Can you tell I enjoyed your poem?

Would you believe that I had not thought of love when I wrote this, but the scaryist thing is you guys may be right.
