Words are so vital, their absence hurts beyond all denial or refrain when the longing becomes something lost and unable to rise above pain. Words spoken lightly, that should mean much tossed around, just a casual wave when they cease to speak of any truth there may be nothing left then to save. Words born of need, full of dark pretense never given as true gift of love just used to manipulate soft hearts and achieve what the speaker dreamt of. Words to allure and then turn away with easiness of an empty soul words giveth, and yet they then take back as hearts wishes and dreams turn to stone. Words can resolve all the pain within or make harsher the most bitter fears Silence, also denier of love and provider of loneliest tears. (sigh) Sooooooo powerfully said, sweet friend, words can both help and hurt us all, I pray with all my heart that words will provide for all your lonely tears and more words will come and guide you to the embrace of true love to last forever! (kiss on cheek) Our hearts all go out to you, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sandra, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton |

It's easy to forget, sometimes the power words have. Their effect can last long after their meaning has been denied. I like this, Sandra. It is so full of truth. |

"Silence, also denier of love and provider of loneliest tears." So true, Sandra. Words have great power to sway our emotions and make us respond a certain way, but silence can sometimes immobilize us. |

You write the truth so gracefully Sandra. I especially liked the first line in this. Vital they are, and your words speak so eloquently. |

catalinamoon - ah yes, words are so very powerful, but as you mention so is the silence. At times I don't know which is the worst... BC |
