Angie There are no words that can explain Or will ever take away the pain Of losing one you love so dear Nor wipe away the silent tear That lingers in your heart so long And makes you feel that you did wrong To be punished in so cruel a way My baby’s life, taken away Lost at such a tender age No time to fill in life’s first page Or kiss her face as she first woke Nor listen to the first word spoke There are no words that come to mind Or reason that I could ever find To take a soul so pure this day And tear my heart in such a way But Lord you chose to take this soul And leave me with this empty hole Now gift me the strength to understand And please give me your guiding hand I know she’s safe in your embrace In a very special and loving place Where never will she feel this pain That showers me like molten rain At least in this I find some hope And makes it a little easier to cope My Lord you have set her spirit free And made of her an angel just for me (in memory of Angie, in her short three days she taught us much about love and loss) Brian Beaudry |

Brian, What an incredible tribute! Such well expressed agony. I'm so sorry for your loss and can't begin to understand... [This message has been edited by Larry C (01-30-2002 12:10 AM).] |

(tears fall down my cheeks) Oh Brian, this is soooooooo sad but beautiful, my heart cries out to your loss! (big hugggssssss) I know how hard it must feel to lose someone just like that but I also know deep down her love will always be with her and her love will always guide you, for her love is forever! (wipes tears) God Bless You, sweet friend, all our hearts are with you always, this is sooooooo compassionately touching! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Brian, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton |

Oh Brian, My heart goes out to you. Like I always say, three days or thirty years, it makes no difference. Losing a child, you explained it so well,A deep empty hole is inside you. I can't tell you how this moved me, and drew tears. You wrote this with your soul. floria Floria |

*sigh* oh dear, Brian...you know my heart was touched to tears by this poem....You write from deep within the loving heart of a father who knows truly what it is to suffer the pain of losing someone he loves so dearly....**big big hugs** dearest man. Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. |

Hello Brian How very proud must your special angel be at the beauty and love felt through your heartfelt words. I could almost feel your pain and heartache, especially in these lines : "I know she's safe in your embrace In a very special and loving place Where never will she feel this pain That showers me like molten rain" These words moved me to tears Brian. How very much I value our special friendship and how fortunate was I to meet someone with such a warm and caring heart. Here is a little something for you : My friend is like a bark rounding a tree He warms like sun on a winter day He cools like water in the hot noon His voice is ready as a spring bird He is my friend and I am his Take care my friend......Sue Suetang |

I can feel your tears in each word of this beautiful heartfelt poem, Brian. You are definitely right about there being no words to describe the emptiness. Losing a child is the most painful thing in the world...and as Floria said...it doesn't matter whether they are 3 days or 30 years old...they are still your child...your baby. Take care... copyright2002 Lyra Nesius |

This one really touches close to home for me Brian. We have had two crib deaths in our family, one just last Valentine's Day. And both took a terrible toll on the emotions of the family. Thank you for sharing this, it is comforting, somehow. |
