In your arms I will sleep, in them I will rest
In my heart I will keep, deep within my chest.
In my thoughts you are, through the waking day
In my memory I file, ever there to always stay.

Visions from the fog that enter my eyes clear.
Thoughts that come like comets from the stars.
Flowing  water wishes washing over earthen dam.
Sighs echoing off distant granite canyon walls.

Our love is all these things and so much more.
Beauty seen by both, admired and appreciated.
Warmth of the sun flowing in veins of hearts.
Breeze of contentment cooling the anxieties.

Boundless love covering the vastness of earth.
Admiration deeper than the depths of space.
Kindness of Spring flowers, a gently rain.
Trust formed by the mountains high above.

Breeze of contentment cooling the anxieties.

Boundless love covering the vastness of earth.
Admiration deeper than the depths of space.
Kindness of Spring flowers, a gently rain.
Trust formed by the mountains high above.

I feel  this when in the Glen of memory.
A fresh, flower covered expanse within me.
Bees of passion and desire flying endlessly.
The light of a full moon entering my eyes.

With you...all this is felt..Without you gone.
Come to this place where I will comfort.
Let my lips feed you the strength of love.
Our life’s journey long, steadily goes on.

Magnus, there is so much love in this poem. I loved this verse
"I feel  this when in the Glen of memory.
A fresh, flower covered expanse within me.
Bees of passion and desire flying endlessly.
The light of a full moon entering my eyes."

How beautiful is that..lovely, floria

the very first poem I wrote was about a glen, so of course I love this.
But what I really love about your poetry and what you put up here is
there is no pretense, it is sincere and that my friend is rare.

So romantic and tender!
I did more than file this one 'in memory'
I borrowed the title and included it in my  Plagiarism medley.
