Feathers of Moonlight flutter

like frightened canaries

in a gilded cage

Graceful soprano wings conduct lullabies

for babes wrapped in amber gold

asleep in silent cradles of night

tenor solos charmingly sing

beneath a terrace of lilac clouds

until the curtain of dawn ascends

setting them free

releasing with exuberant joy

into an eternal habitant

olive branches and white turtle doves

You can complain because roses have thorns, or you can rejoice because thorns have roses.

You manage to capture the moment and make it stand still.  Your visuals are truly captivating.

Nicely done Victoria, as always.
