Snapshots flicker
countless light wings,
a kaleidoscope turning
light into shapes of love.
Soft, singing flight
found resting
.....on light-stars.
Hearts and lives captured
on another roll of film.
Images caught in still life
......a lasting memory.

A friend suggested I begin a scrapbook and I am gathering photos from all over the house. This poem made me smile. Thanks!

Isn't it amazing what we remember when we look at snapshots....You have made me want to dig some of mine out just to see again the visions that made them. **big hugs** A wonderful poem, Ivy.

(sigh) Soooooooo beautiful, sweet friend, isn't it just wonderful how we can capture each loving memory to our hearts and save all these photos and words for other generations to behold? That flicker is what I remember most,
they were and are the best of times.

A keepsake in the making and to look back on.
