Somewhere near the Rainbow

A Smoking Stage

An invitation, free tickets, a visual show,
tears of induced nature, swam down my face.
An intro, dedication, a messaging glow,
intensity of sound, delivering placid taste.

An audience, instruments, a smoking stage,
neighbors band grooving in full motion.
An inspiration, Christian Rock, a fans gauge,
teenagers intense, capturing spiritual notion.

An overall success, dueling guitars, a dream singing,
chilled with amazement, goosebumps of pride.
An honor, true meaning, a musical lingering,
awakening of senses, never again to coincide.

Sometimes we have to follow a stronger voice, even if it's silent.

(kiss on cheek) I hope you had the time of your life at that Bridge concert, this is sooooooo inspiring and lovely! We all love you so much, sweet friend, music fills your gorgeous words always! This is a truly awesome poem written about what was indeed an awesome concert. Two very different genres brought together as one. I'm glad that we had the chance to experience this together.
