Come…stand before me look deep within and tell me what you see Do you see what lies in my heart? The caring I feel for mankind, yes the very same mankind that uses and hurts… Do you see the tearstains on yesterday’s pillow? The hope for tomorrow? Is my desire for passion unlike any other’s? Is it unlike... your’s? Can you see the warm glow reaching, reaching… For what? I am not quite sure. A cold heart it seems, it must be that, for that is what it always finds. Have your eyes spied the child playing hide n seek? She’s there, if you look deeper. Oh, they have tried to beat her out of me, but… children are resilient, and she knows her home. Come…look inside, tell me what you see…. 01-21-02 ever deep...runs the wishing well for fairytale illusions [This message has been edited by A Whisper's Caress (01-21-2002 09:59 PM).] |

(smiles) Sooooooooo beautiful, sweet friend, deep inside of your heart write the words of love and compassion from your loving soul! (kiss on cheek) May the child inside of you always laugh and smile and may you write of joy forever! We all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Annie, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton |

Annie, this is a sad but beautifully written piece about the inner child in all of us. May the little child never cease to be. I enjoyed this immensely. Cheryl |

Annie, I wish society would allow for us all to let our inner child out more often. We have become a very uncaring world, cold and fast paced, not always taking the time to see a person on the inside. Dawn |
