After after sensual sumptuous feast and blithe excitation her simple touch of hand on cheek allaying all fears of night and coming of prosaic day Spoon children still coupled in seamless beauty a passionate urgency replaced with kindly yearning A lover's legacy in lingering kiss tastes Paris and Helen in attainable purity He sweeps away her secrets She dusts his dreams with sparkling vows air permeated with scent of amour they cling they sing sigh cries in forever-spells of love ~ ~ ~ |
