In your eyes, I see within
of the promises made of now and then
Your smile wraps me in tender mist
touch of your cheek gives my heart a twist

Hand in hand, pathways are walked
words of forever are ever talked
The sun will shine to light our way
through the moonglow which takes the day

To rest a while in bower green
to gaze beyond the present scene
Wondering what the future will bring
in this year of Our Lord of Eighteen Sixteen

We promised then, to never leave side
regardless of whatever would abide
In our pledge of it would happen again
for the souls ever mesh in the now and then

Ah, love shines perpetually eternal spanning planes and worlds to form the present.  It's nice to see some things never change.  This was wonderful, Logan.  Much enjoyed.  I believe love can conquer anything.

Forever and always, in flesh and spirit, continuity, perpetuity. So many now and then thoughts in this one.
