Chasing down the rainbow,
Always a step away.
Reaching for one color,
Dreams of paint slide away.
Shattering all my hope,
Quickly they slip away.

Let's put the FUN back into Dysfunctional.

Condor - I am a sub-amateur myself, but this write is anything but amateur. Truly captures the feeling of hopelessness and of dreams being impossible to attain. Very good.
