~* Private Meditation *~
~ for Willow - Jan. 19th, 2002 ~

I pray to the wind blowing through the trees,
Take my scent as you blow through my hair,
Carry it in a parcel to my friend,
For I feel in my heart she is lonely there.

I pray to the rain falling down on me,
Mingle with my tears, wash away this paralyzing fear.
Can you take my heart, wash away debris?
Make more room so I will know when she is near.

I pray to the sun, beaming down on me,
You warmed our lazy days in such tender ways.
Please find her and warm her very soul
Remind of all those special days.

I pray to you the moon, evening’s gentle keeper,
Cover her in a blanket of stars and light.
Let her know, although I’m all alone,
I think of her each and every night.

I pray to the thunder, in your loud quake,
Send a message to her filled with my love.
Please do it loudly, and take these prayers
So they’ll be answered and sent to her above.

I pray to a tiara of stars in the blackest of night,
Twinkle bright and show we will always be together.
Send a message to her this lonely night,
Our hearts will always be linked forever.

I pray to Mother Earth, as we’re too far apart,
But I feel our hearts still beat as one.
Tell her that not a day goes by,
That I wait until my days here are done.

Are you listening dear Father in heaven?
In private meditation, I bow to you in prayer.
Will you let her know that I’m just fine?
Just bless and keep her safe up there.

music: Lori-Anne Speed "Love's Last Breath"
art: Jean-Paul Avisse "Private Meditation"

(tears fall down my cheeks) God Bless You, sweet Sharon, Willow will always be so happy to have such a loving and compassionate friend like you, as we all are so happy to! (big hugggsssss) I'm flooding in tears after reading this, I know deep down with all my heart that the rain will fall and wash away the sorrow, the sun will always shine and warm both your hearts, and there will always be a rainbow, a bridge of kindred spirit, between your heart and hers of a love that will always shine and guide each other! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, I know right now Willow is smiling down from heaven upon you, and she is saying that she is feeling wonderful and safe with Him and she will always love you! God Bless You always, sweet friend, our hearts are always with you! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sharon, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Sharon, yet another beautifully penned piece for dear Willow.  How wonderfully fortunate she is to have a friend such as you who continues to spread her love and light for her, even after she has left us for a time.  Did she realize what a treasure she had in you dear Sharon, who would go on to teach the rest of us the wonderful qualities in your friendship?  I believe she did!
God bless you!

Mysteria, Very lovely prayer, and beautiful picture as well. Chris

The loveliest of the images is the tiara of stars which I am sure she wears...your heart is full of her, and I am glad you find it in yourself to share your heart so well...

Noah ~ What a kind of loving heart you have, and I thank you for always looking into my work and seeing what really is inside of it.  (kiss on cheek back sweetie)

Enchantress ~ She knew!  Thank you.

Nightshade ~ Thank you for reading along with me on this one.

Sunshine ~ I have a vision of what she looks like and yes she wears a tiara of something sparkling (maybe stars), but she sure looks beautiful as an angel I will tell you that!  There is too much of her in my heart not to be shared.

Balladeer ~ I am truly humbled by those words, thank you so much, and I mean it!

So moving and absolutely beautiful!   I love that midi! ~ and, I agree with Balladeer.
When you write of her, you pen your best work of "heart"

Take care,
Melissa~

This is so beautiful, Sharon, and another wonderful tribute to the loving friendship between you and Willow. I know how much you miss her, yet also know that she surrounds you each day in loving memories. Thank you for letting me feel as if I knew her for a brief moment.

Thank you all for your kind and caring responses, and yes I miss her, but have accepted the fact to celebrate what she did while living and hope you don't mind the sharing of it.  Thank you again.

You do her so much honor. Though you have relinquished her physically..You exalt her spiritually and emotionally and that is priceless..to have that type of bond. I can only admire such with smiling tears.

Sincerely,
Regina
