Dappled grey my lover's eye winks And eye to eye a fragile memory is born Amidst the wreckage of prior romance shorn Dancing to the tune of silvered droplet plinks. Dusty rose my lover's lips purse And lip to lip a growing memory stands Takes heated iron in hand and my heart brands; The pain of ectasy does bless and curse. Driven snow my lover's skin yields And skin to skin a virile memory alive Brings us closer; waxing passions derive; Memory a monolith to us and love builds. Eyes and lips and skin does she possess But never with these will she me bless. Alicat (Thank you Sunny one for the request) |

Oh Ali, this is so good. I feel like I should be listening to Elizabethan chants while reading it. |
