The blueberry bushes are dressed in red The sumacs are wearing red too The pines are still in their evergreens The maples and oaks aren't very bashful Indeed they are quite bold For they're dropping their leaves of red and gold Getting ready to get stark naked And stand there all winter Unclothed |
