Linger in my heart…
A welcome visitor
And I shall process thoughts
Of our last meeting

Did you realize
Your touch warmed me?

Or that your words
Disarmed me?

That you left me
A little undone

Before you left
In light of sun

And now you linger here
Your name on my lips
Still feeling that sweet touch
Of lightest fingertips

Still warm
Disarmed
Undone

Still yours

now but a bit of memory
still I touch the you in me
for you left your kindness
in your words
and still the sound
is welcome,
and heard

a repost, revised, in memory...

Lady in White~This write is so delicate.. and oh so softly penned that you almost want to whisper it as you read.  Incredible thoughts here...with a sense of longing...wistful and beautiful.  Hugs, Nancy

Lady ... Lady .... Lady...
this falls like rose petals on satin sheets..
this is sooooo feather light and lacey.
Lovely ... Lovely ... Lovely

You're the hidden cost and the thing that's lost in everything I do.
In the sunlight, in the shadows ...
No ... I'll never stop looking for you.

Beautiful writing of your memory. That last verse sings  like a sad love song. Lovely.

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?

And he left a lasting print on your heart that inspired words that glow with the feelings stirred. Amazing. I hope he realises just how lucky he is. **hugs**
