Interrupted journey As I rode swiftly into space Caught part way there, Couldn't quite break free Freedom waited straight ahead Beautiful star lit blackness Easy chair comets, My speedy old friends Gravity my new enemy Cosmos chariot, Broken many years ago Fixed now, ready to return home Never known such creatures These humans So proud Earthlings to a fault So ignorant Of true reality Would take some along, Yet much too dangerous Intelligence minimal In fact, At virus level Many strains not cured More interested in bragging Very curious, Life at lowest evolution Don't have a clue Much like many diseases We cured long ago Suffering from a simple bacteria They call a cancer Thought of leaving cure Their loss, These beings, insect like Very short lived lives Better to keep isolated Will be of no danger, Unless light year travel Is accomplished Breaking now from gravity These creatures easily fooled, Thought I was human Will give full report upon my return |

*sigh* now this is the kind of journey that I can see clearly in vision. Very well done, Sir Robert. Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. |
