On This Night Quietly, as evenings before I climb the stairs I wish not to awaken you from you peaceful slumber. How I missed you tonight longing for your embrace. You there at home me here at work watching the clock, its hands move slowly the way I wish yours were upon my skin. As I return to you I enter your dreams with a gentle kiss whispering I Love You. Snuggling up to your body inhaling your scent comfort settles in my soul. My heart again rejoices knowing this is the place I belong for eternity. The place I return to the place I call home. On this night, as the ones before and the ones to come, I find myself falling. Falling in love with you all over again, On this night -------------- |

I sure have missed your smiling face on these pages. It's nice to read a "pure love" poem, and good to see you posting. |

this is just lovely. How wonderful to curl up with someone we love. enjoyed! Your storm of assumption feeds anger I am calm enough to hold inside. Don't pretend to know me if you've never put stretched out your heart with since |
