When love came calling Large as life In the doorway My future stands My best friend My mate Knowing it is she Eyes reflecting my destiny Her love for me Sculpted in God's grace Tenderly tapping On my heart's door Her beauty Invisible to so many But clearly seen By this man's spirit Here to take me From this empty loveless home This lovely mortal angel Calling at long last |
