It rains
ever on the beaches of my heart
the sky remains low
dark and brooding
offering its waters
to mingle with mine
even if only
one drop
at a time……

It rains
drops of emotion
as the sky pretends
not to notice
that I accept it
in dance
in song
worshiping……

God, this is so beautiful!

(I'm confused, I didn't think we were allowed to put graphics anymore)

This is my favorite from you, I love lighthouses!

Extremely beautiful and tender write Sea.  Just lovely!

On the wings of words our spirits fly....and our souls are free.

Rose, I think we are just supposed to be a little more selective when we put them on, instead of on every single post, at least that is how I understood it, if I'm wrong, I'll take it off

Donna, thank you!

very cool image and stir of emotions Sea-girlie.

and yes we can still use graphics,as Sue said..with discretion, but Ron explained the need for them to be a certain size, the smaller the better for loading purposes.

there comes a point when youre not sure why youre still talking...I passed that point long ago.

Beautifully written, Susan...and yes, your stom is just beginning here, or maybe it's a different storm.

An absolutely gorgeous poem, Sue.....
I am also a lover of storms, and have done lots of sailing on Lake Michigan where they are very dramatic.....especially if you get caught in one.

"It rains
drops of emotion
as the sky pretends
not to notice"

I especially loved those lines.

SEA,
this is so sparkling and tempestuous, I love it when you write in water signs.
