That Waking Moment Touched by more than just the morning sun's ray and dreams wove by magical spirits spun, brilliance lustfully bathes the light of day, nights devoted sleep comes to rest and done. Your eyes still lay closed, but your heart awakes. I feel it tremble laying beside me, drawing my breath away as yours intakes. Two into one, as our souls ought to be. At this, the waking moment, I believe that all we share in life will never die. A joyous moment easy to conceive, never to wonder nor have tears to cry. Touched by more than the morning sun's ray brilliance lustfully bathes the light of the day. |

This is such a wonderful piece of poem!! I really love it! I guess it is wonderfully romantic to wake up next to the person you love so deeply. That sense of never-ending security, the feeling that things between you will never ever change. It is so sweet! (OK.. juz realised my vocab is rather limited, eh? ) |

Ah, that what I would say good write of a love poem, at least better all mine. Thanks for sharing. I don't know how to make a smile face in message either. But this *Hugs* Lizzy http://poets2000.com/lizzyvivian/ ~The first two cup of tea is to throw away; what remains is the best of all. ~Blessed are those who find ordinary things extraordinary.
