“VERSES TO TELL” a duet by Titia & Bill Charles ~~~~ When souls connect in duet verses Words of different worlds emerge We don't know each other truly So we're reaching out in search A duet I asked, to write with you Thousands of miles, we are apart Never meeting, or saying hello I know we’ll do this, from the heart I could write of love and tenderness And you would answer me as such I could write of grieve and sadness But that wouldn't satisfy us much Tenderness and love, my forte And I would answer, for it’s within Sadness and grief, also I know Many places, have I been Shall we write about the friendship Found at Passion's for times long About respect and loving care ness That is given when things go wrong Perhaps to write, a friend to be Many there are, at this site Where many are warm, and sincere No matter what we say, it’s alright I do thank you for the opportunity For connecting our souls my friend We did search and find each other In this duet, and to me, a lot it meant Your thanks I accept, mine in return For a friend indeed, have I found Over many miles, you are there And I know, that I’ll stay around A rose is a rose is a rose...I guess... |

This is lovely Bill and Titia, so much truth in those words. What a wonderful world we live in, where people around the world can get to know each other in friendship, as though they are neighbours. If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please? |
