A gold box with a big red bow
I have spied under the Christmas tree
And according to the label
That little gold box is for me

What could it be I wonder?
I have everything I need
I have plenty of love around me
And enough food for me to feed

But as I open up the box
I get a wonderful surprise
Poetic words of love for me
Such a feast for my eyes

The handwriting is familiar
As I read these words from you
They tell of how much you love me
And for me there's nothing you wouldn't do

I can't contain my happiness
For I've received the greatest gift of all
Your words have warmed my heart
And made me feel about 10 feet tall

The gift of love is priceless
So cherish it and watch it grow
Tell somebody that you love them
And you'll feel a warm inner glow

Sue...I find it hard to believe this little
touching poem has a goose egg next to it..
Certainly deserves looking at....Much
enjoyed...We should all have a little gold
box. With those beautiful words inside.
