A promised eternal paradise Prepared by our Creator Earth a temporary home Some making it hell Never meant to survive The test of time Just as our bodies Disappear in a wink Hosting our immortal spirits Before beginning forever's trip Every spin of planet Another tick of clock This tiny little world Only a brief crib A universe nest For minds to grow So that one day When souls are ready They surely will fly Saying goodbye to mortality Leaving behind all errors Taking only good lessons That single blue globe Being turned off forever As He finally returns In a glorious light To take the rest Of His children home |

I too await that day. This is one promise I know will come to pass. Absolutely beautiful writing, Sir Robert. Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. |
