I felt fire in my blood
Running, burning, scaring the veins!
That was when I could feel
That's when I was alive and free
When I breathed the air around me
It felt fresh, bringing new energy
Into my psyche and my flesh
Now nothing is left but
Stale dust that enters my lungs
I swallowed the bitter pill and it made me choke
Anymore I just walk through the motion
Step through the doors of a vaguely familiar place
I make no doubt that I don't belong there
Yet I find myself there day in and day out
Wandering through the halls
As a ghost may pass through
The castle corridors
In the middle of the night
Wandering aimlessly but with a hidden agenda
Unseen
Unheard
Unnoticed
Headstones stand in the midst of thick mist
Mindless mist, where anarchy reigns
Yet the creatures inside
Understand not what they do
Do they see the graves they dig?
So diligently and speedily
I stare, and only feel a chill
If that is possible in the vacuum of space
Thoughts
Does a star ever feel a chill?

(sigh) Oh Oksana, this wonderful poem gave me the chills; my heart goes out to your tears and I can feel the tears behind your words! (sigh) I know these feelings ever so well, but I know deep down as long as you believe in yourself and listen to your heart, you will share your love to many and you will be seen, noticed, and heard as your love is returned. (sigh) We all love you so much, sweet Oksana, always hold hope close to your golden heart! (big hugggsssss) You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Oksana, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
