The night was long to be left all alone,
And books began to be comfort while there
Silent in my longing within my home
Safely sitting in my reclining chair.

Eyes had closed before you came through the door,
Waking me from the deep dreams of the night,
Smiling for you being at home once more
As you spoke of a delay in the flight.

I helped with your coat as I got from my chair,
While I listened to you gently complain,
And in a quick motion let down your hair,
Then in a soft moment showed me you care.

I once didn’t know what a kiss could do,
Till I received one from beautiful you.

Seymour,
It’s nice when events can produce dreams that can be caught on paper, thanks for the kind words.

Well now - We have here an incurable romantic... this is quite a lucky lady to have a Son Netier waiting for her upon her return from where ever her flight took her... Very nice, sir...

You've got me reading - and even enjoying your creative Son Netier formats...

*sigh* romance flows from your pen and I love the way the words come together as I read them. A very lucky lady is she who holds such a love as you give her. Wonderful writing. You know, of course, I love it. **hugs**

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

This is romantic, now I must warn you sometimes we are tempted to actually write real life events here on these blue pages   not that anyone ever would!
Enjoyed, keep them coming

James, Thanks

Nan,
If you have a cure, best keep it to yourself, now don’t take, just keep it. There are some things a person doesn’t mind waiting for.

Startime,
Your sweet words are an encouragement for me.

Kay,
Well I believe Romance can be very real, Another, why sure, I’ve got another ready to go on the top line right now, sort of the next day.

Son--You have captured the moment perfectly, with just the right touch of tender and human.  Much enjoyed!
