Oh She Came A'Caroling ~*Marge Tindal*~  Oh she came a'caroling this tiny waif of voice Giving song to feelings of wishes of her choice Let there be peace on earth sang she from her heart and let it begin with me as the perfect place to start This tiny voice of love full-sung for all to hear Let there be peace on earth and let it draw us near the peace that was meant to be let it dwell forever in me As I believe it should be With God as our Father help me to help others to know Brothers all are we hands and voices joined in glee Let me walk with my brother In perfect harmony I lift this voice in angelic song Let peace begin with me as I take you along Let this be the moment now With ev'ry step I take I lift you in the serenity breathless voices in the quake Let this be my solemn vow as voices join so merrily To take each moment and live Each moment in peace eternally Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |
